Q: how much will my bathroom cost ? A: There is no set answer, we can help you work to a budget or can fit exactly what you specify which will be reflected in the price.
Q: how long will it take ? A: full refurbishments are usually 3 weeks work over a 4 week period to allow for drying out. partial refurbishments usually take 2 weeks.
Q: will there be any mess ? A: Our tradesmen tidy up after themselves every night and whilst we aim to be as tidy as possible some dust is unavoidable.
Q: will we be without water ? A: no the water is usually off for no longer than an hour.
Q: what are your payment terms ? A: we ask for a 50% deposit on commencement of the work with the balance due on completion.
Q: what guarantee do you provide ? A: all materials come with manufacturers standard guarantee and all labour is guaranteed for 6 months from completion of project. We also offer an insurance backed guarantee on request which will cover the installation for 5 to 10 years depending on the policy.
